03 Mar Blacks Outdoor Elements Shoot
I had a call from Blacks to produce a range of shots including weatherproof jackets and hiking boots to be shot in the studio but with some outdoor elements brought in.
The plan was not to try and re create the outdoors inside but more hint at it with some subtle or not so subtle elements. So, marigolds on and into the forrest. I am lucky that my studio is in the middle of a small forrest in the grounds of Arley Hall so there was a vast array of elements to pick from. We scooped up some mud, stones and grass (and a few bugs too) and headed back into the warm studio… FAST !!
Exercising restraint turned out to be the order of the day when bringing in the elements, less is more as they say.
